FAREWELL PEOPLE!

As I write this, I'm 17 days away from departure. I'm moving back to Shah Alam to proceed with my postgraduate study after spending 3 years working here in Kuching.

3 years might seem like a short period of time for some but for me it has been 3 great years of work and ministries. I have met many great friends along the way and treasure many great memories of the things that we did and the fun that we had. I never thought I would move away from here. My plan was to settle down here in Kuching but God has a better plan..

I was surfing the net one day and suddenly decided to click on the UiTM's official website just for fun. Because of that innocent click, I noted that there's an ad for postgraduate study for the July intake. This happened sometime in April. This then trigger an immense desire to further my study in me but I was scared at the prospect of it. Furthermore, I was in my comfort zone - I have a job that I enjoy doing, I was also very much involved in the ministries here, I have great friends and companionship, I have a great place to stay.. In short life was good but God has a better plan..

I was then invited by my dear friend Jaime Chan to watch the movie 'Letter to Juliet'. The word 'what if..' used in the movie eventually led me to apply for the postgraduate ad that I saw a few weeks back. One thing led to another and my application was accepted!

Moving is hard but try moving with short notice given. But God has been good to me.. As I said before, He has a plan.. and because of that, He has opened so many doors for me in order for me to be able to leave with a peaceful mind. Money, job transfer arrangement and the rest were all given to me without me prompting. God really has a better plan for me..

Wish I could share more but my eyes are heavy now. Haha.. Will update again before I leave. God bless..
